Our client was planning to launch a new digital hub and mobile app for Aussie men that would allow users to book entertainment services in real-time. Prior to launching this platform, they wanted to validate some qualitative findings and make sure the service generated a high level of interest. They also wanted to confirm which types of entertainment services should be at the forefront of their platform.
We surveyed eligible Aussie men using a mobile-friendly questionnaire and exposed to the new concept. They were then asked questions about their intentions of using the new digital hub and identify the services that would drive them to use it.
The survey results confirmed a very high interest in the platform and allowed us to identify which services would be the “hero” (i.e. the ones that would drive consumers to use the platform). This informed the communication strategy and final design of the digital hub.
